Villa Vals

'Villa Vals - Vals, Switzerland (j)
A joint venture between SeArch and Christian Muller Architects (CMA), Villa Vals was designed to seamlessly marry with the landscape while maximizing natural light and views. With its breathtaking location in the heart of the Swiss Alps and its close proximity to Vals Thermal Baths.'

I was researching about tunisia for the group work of sustainable thinking.
There are houses on the ground for the response to Arid climate in Tunisia. There is a big temperature gap within a day.

This Villa Vals project reminds me Tunisia's ground house, although they are under different climates.

Pablo Reinoso

Spaghetti Benches

The designer, Pablo Reinoso is from Argentine.

The curbs he create are natural and dynamic.
This is something people can enjoy in the atmosphere. I mean it is hard to be expressed in a photo.

Example of lights

Example of lightning.
This contrast of the plants and lights are nice.

Feeling 'warmth'

Height of lights

On the way back to my room from school, it was pretty dim outside.
I saw a garden with nice lights. The height of lights were low.

This seems quite typical type of lightning.

Nicely lightning up people's feet

Although streetlights are quite necessary, I personally feel safer with this light than lights with that.

There is a dark space created in between light to light
and it's bigger since the light is from the top

I've experienced unsafe quite a lot of times on the way home in my life.

For my project, I'm going to use lights on the bottom of the site, so that, people can feel warmness of that.
